This course describes the skills, knowledge, and attitude required to design public relations and corporate communication, engage in social media interaction and management, and manage customer relations. By the end of this course the student will be able to define the functions of corporate communication and public relations, describe emerging technology in corporate communication and public relations, and analyze social media analytics for social media leverage. The acquired knowledge and skills will enable students to fit well into the labor force, as they will be able to understand and handle communication in a large community of different customers, and they will be able to boost the corporate image of their institution or company.
