This course examines the operational functions of human resource management, the acquisition of human resources, the development of human resources, and the role of human resources in a changing global environment. Additionally, the strategic approach provides a beneficial framework for the future studies of those students who choose to become human resource professionals. The course also incorporates the key difficulties in human resource management, which provide more in-depth discussion of topics such as staffing, training, and remuneration, while easily fitting within the course's structural orientation and offering direction on when to utilize particular methods. It focuses on the fundamental operations of human resource management, such as job analysis, recruiting, selection, and placement, training and development, compensation and benefits, performance management, and compensation and benefits employee relations and discipline.
