This course introduces students to the role of management accountant in the changing business environment. It also explain about the controllership functions. It measures cost estimation, income under variable and absorption costing, cost volume profit (CVP) analysis and activity based costing. It also deals on behavioral aspect of planning and control in budgeting and standard costing. This course also provided in-depth knowledge of management accounting and control system in organizations.
