The study of Strategic Management will enhance the ability of the students to integrate the different functional areas of business i.e. accounting, finance, human resources, information systems, marketing, operations and management into a cohesive whole. The course is concerned with managing the competitive position and long-term development of the business enterprise in order to ensure its survival and success. This course will expose the students to the complex field of running businesses using strategic management and examine the techniques and tools required for sustainable development and growth of organizations. The course will help learners with knowledge on how to handle changes in business enviroments and how to implement strategic changes with minimum resistance in organization.
