In modern machine-building industries, the organization of the design and production of technological devices for their justification in terms of accuracy, productivity and efficiency is an important engineering task. According to the State educational standards of Higher education, bachelors studying in the direction of "Mechanical engineering technology and equipment" in the course "Workholding devices of metal cutting machines" must independently solve the above tasks. In addition, they must learn how to choose the necessary devices (providing solutions to the tasks) from possible standard and standard devices for certain operations and machines.
